On a recent trip home to the UK I wanted to push taking photos with nothing but my iPhone. I became obsessed with shooting panoramas and shot them everywhere I went. Scotland's breathtaking natural vistas lent themselves well to this super-wide-angle photography.

Although there are various apps out there for pano-shooting (my weapon of choice is AutoStitch Panorama), with the release of iOS6 last week, the camera app now comes with a panorama feature built straight into the app. Not only does this make taking panos super easy in a single sweeping motion, it is capable of capturing images 16MB and over! The best camera truly is the one in your pocket.

Here are a few favouties taken while in the UK. Stitched together with AutoStitch Panorama, with some processing on vsco cam.

Ive just returned to Australia from an extravagantly long Work-slash-Holiday trip home to the UK. If you follow me on the Instagram you would undoubtedly already know this, if not stay tuned for a future blog post;)

As summer is well and truly over now I thought id share some images from a shoot we did a couple of months back to help keep the cold at bay! The Weather Gods certainly took favour on us that day and the conditions could not have been more perfect. Here are a few fav captures from the day in this here post. Props got to SBS for the use of their fine vessel and skipper, who knew every inch of Sydney Harbour like the back of his hand. Muchas gracias to our awesome team- Models Renee, Annabel and Romeo, Jaclyn on hair & MU and assistant Danielle. 

Tech deets for the gear heads: Lighting consisted of a mix of natural w/reflectors, and an Elinchrom Ranger for its ability to pack a lot of punch for its relative small size. Despite our luxury yacht, every inch of space was at a premium. All images shot with the 5D MKII. Computer station was set up below deck (next to the hair and MU dept. ;) ) for backing up/ review of images, we were on the boat for over 8 hours and there was no coming back to do anything twice.

Hey adventurers,

I'm super excited to announce I've just launched my brand new website! ive been working away at this for a couple months now and really pleased with the result. It features lots of new work so if you get a chance head on over there and check it out. Feel free to lay down some comments here, id love to know what you think!

For those of you interested, it's a Photo Folio design, tweaked and fine-tuned  to suit my desired aesthetic feel. I've been using A Photo Folio for my website since Rob Haggart AKA A Photo Editor first launched it way back. Great designs and the best customer service, I can't recommend these guys enough.
